DAY TWO 
Task: quiet your thoughts before bed. Write down five things you've always wanted to do.


Quieting my thoughts before bed was the hardest because that required me to stop thinking. The problem is I'm always thinking.  I had to do a little bit of meditation which I haven't done in a while.  Fingers crossed that it gets better from here.
