Task: Get better sleep (longer sleep)

I think I need to make these daily reflections a little bit longer lol. I have a hard time falling asleep most nights, especially these few weeks. I come home from work at 10pm and I'm physically exhausted, emotionally drained and most times my back hurts. After listing all those things you would think that I'll be all set for bed after a shower. I go through my routine and start doing some studying the next time I look at the clock it's 2 am and I'm not even sleepy then. I try my hardest to fall asleep and I eventually do at 4am and then I'm up by 8am. Soo yeah, I need more sleep.

Today I made sure of it. It was hard trying to take a nap, but I fully invested in that nap and ended up being well rested before work. I think this is something I'm going to stick to I think it will help me in the future.
